  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, purchasing from us, or visiting our store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent) to place an order.

  1. Products & Availability

We strive for accurate descriptions, images, and pricing. Minor variations in color, finish, and packaging can occur. Availability may change without notice; we may limit or cancel quantities.

  1. Pricing & Currency

All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT where applicable. We may update prices at any time before you place the order.

  1. Orders & Contract

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept when we (a) confirm the order by email/SMS or (b) dispatch the goods—whichever occurs first. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g., suspected fraud, stock issues, pricing errors). If payment was taken, we’ll refund the full amount for any cancelled order.

  1. Payment

We accept commonly used payment methods in Bangladesh (e.g., cash on delivery where offered, mobile wallets, cards, or bank transfer). Available options are shown at checkout or communicated in-store. You agree to provide accurate billing details and authorize us to charge the payable amount.

  1. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery areas & fees: Shown at checkout or communicated before purchase.

Dispatch times: We aim to ship promptly; estimated delivery windows are provided but are not guaranteed.

Risk & title: Ownership passes on full payment; risk passes on delivery or pickup.

Failed delivery: If the courier cannot deliver due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery fees may apply.

  1. Inspection on Delivery

Please inspect packages upon receipt. Report visible damage, missing items, or wrong products to us within 48 hours with photos (package + product + label) so we can assist quickly.

  1. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied. Unless stated otherwise for a specific product or promotion:

Return window: Within 7 days of delivery/purchase.

Condition: Unused, in original packaging with all tags/accessories, and proof of purchase.

Non-returnable (for hygiene/safety): Opened or used food-contact items (e.g., cutting boards, containers after seal removal), knives that show use, consumables, and any customized items—unless faulty.

Process: Contact us first with order details; we’ll confirm eligibility and instructions. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

You can change the 7 days above to your preferred window (e.g., 10 or 14 days).

  1. Warranty & After-Sales Support

Manufacturer warranties apply where offered. Wear-and-tear, misuse, improper cleaning, impact damage, or unauthorized repairs are not covered. For warranty claims, keep your invoice and contact us; we’ll guide you through the process.

  1. Promotions & Coupons

Promo codes, discounts, and bundle offers are subject to their own conditions and valid within the stated period. Unless specified, promotions cannot be combined and are not redeemable for cash.

  1. User Accounts & Security (if applicable)

You’re responsible for keeping login details secure and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

  1. Reviews & User Content

By submitting reviews, questions, or photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display the content in connection with our business. Do not post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material.

  1. Intellectual Property

All logos, product names, text, graphics, and images on our site are the property of Kitchen World or its licensors. You may not use them without prior written consent.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Bangladeshi law, Kitchen World is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

  1. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, supply-chain disruptions).

  1. Privacy

We collect and process personal data according to our Privacy Policy (available on request or on our website). By using our services, you consent to such processing.

  1. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they shall be submitted to the courts of Dhaka, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will apply to new purchases. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance.
