Return & Refund Policy
1) Return Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery or in-store purchase.
2) Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in original condition
In original packaging with all accessories/manuals
Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/receipt)
3) Non-returnable Items (for hygiene/safety)
Opened/used food-contact items (e.g., containers after seal removal, cutting boards that show use)
Used knives or sharpened blades
Consumables and customized/special-order items
(If the item is faulty, we’ll help under warranty/consumer rights.)
4) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
Please report within 48 hours of delivery with photos (outer box, product, shipping label).
We’ll offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund and cover return shipping if it’s our mistake or a manufacturing defect.

We’ll confirm eligibility and share return instructions or a pickup label (where available).
6) Return Shipping
Our fault / defective: We cover return shipping or arrange pickup.
Change of mind / not suitable: Customer pays return shipping. In-store returns are free.
7) Refunds & Timeline
Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection.
Processing time: 3–7 business days after we receive the item (bank/card timelines may vary).
Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless we were at fault.
8) Exchanges
Exchanges are welcome within 7 days for equal or higher value items (any price difference applies).
Stock is subject to availability.
9) Sale/Promotion Items
Marked final sale items are non-returnable unless defective or required by law.
10) Warranty vs. Returns
Manufacturer warranties apply where offered. Wear-and-tear, misuse, improper cleaning, impact damage, or unauthorized repair are not covered. Contact us with your invoice and issue details.
